To counteract the fast fashion trend, we at WILLIAM take a different approach. Most WILLIAM products are only produced in a limited edition of 200 pieces. So all our products are very exclusive. And we also prevent that we produce too much and unnecessarily burden the environment.

Our products are made in Portugal in a family business. With about 20 employees. We visit the production site at least 2-3 times a year. It is important for us to know the employees who manufacture our products.

As a brand, we also have a responsibility to care for the environment. That's why we try to produce our products as environmentally friendly as possible. A large part of the cotton that we use for our products is recycled cotton. The products are GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified.

There is a king or queen in everyone. It's life that writes the stories. Some things can be influenced, some things are given. When I visit my mother in her orphanage in Togo and see how little it takes to make the children happy, even though they have all experienced a terrible fate. As a proud family father, I sometimes reach my limits. But even me with my skin color, those are the things that you can't influence. Or whether you were born into a rich or poor family. Then you have to make your own decisions, sometimes right or sometimes wrong, that shape life.
